Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join their team.
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end software implementation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have experience in software/SaaS implementation, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, technical problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle implementation of the client's software solutions, from initiation through to go-live.
Configure and customize software in line with client requirements.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, implementation, sales) to deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate workshops, progress updates, and client feedback sessions.
Identify risks to project success and implement mitigation strategies.
Deliver client training sessions to support successful adoption.
Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in software/SaaS implementation, ideally with data-driven or analytics platforms.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (certification a plus).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Proactive, client-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
