We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to oversee people operations across multiple hotel properties in Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in shaping organizational strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR excellence across a growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all HR functions across assigned properties
* Provide strategic support to General Managers and Heads of Department
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives
* Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and grievance procedures
* Manage HR metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement across the cluster
* Support organizational change, succession planning, and talent development
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager within the hospitality sector
* Multi-site or cluster HR management experience (desirable)
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* A CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree
