Recruitment Plus are now looking for an experienced Medical Sales Manager to oversee the development of a small team and drive my client’s commercial sales growth and maximise the potential of this relatively small but growing organisation.
You will require experience as a Medical Sales Manager within the medical consumables ( preferably ) or broader Medical Devices field and have a clear understanding of commercial pathways within hospital settings with good relationships in procurement etc
This is not a selling role per se as your team will do all the selling on the ground, across a diverse product portfolio but your experience ( ideally 1 to 2+ years in medical sales management ) will see you steer the team to gain the commercial results derired.
This is a role for someone with strong business instincts, energy and commercial nous, who understands HSE tendering and contracts and who has good relationships on the ground in Irish hospitals.
