Key Responsibilities:
* Generate extra space for brands and products through effective merchandising strategies.
* Maintain optimal stock levels on shelves to meet sales and merchandising targets.
* Develop and implement indirect selling and merchandising plans in the Grocery channel.
* Report in-store activity via handheld devices to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate sales and merchandising experience in the FMCG sector (desirable).
* Show a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales and merchandising KPIs.
* Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to drive results.
