Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in an IT Support environment.
* Excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
* Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to produce quality deliverables.
* Third-level education qualification preferable.
* Professional certificates such as Comptia, Microsoft, Cisco preferable.
