Responsibilities
Design clear, scalable experiences in collaboration with others across the Software Experiences Design team.
Participate in problem discovery and ideation, turning insights into clear user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to align on requirements and bring work from concept to implementation.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, generate ideas, and explore design variations, leading the charge in using AI to push creative limits and drive efficiency and performance.
Apply excellence in interaction and visual design.
Present your work clearly and incorporate feedback often.
Support, and carry out your own usability testing and research efforts to learn directly from users and continuously improve designs.
Take work through all stages of research & design, from requirements definition to final visual design production and everything in between.
Ship great design work quickly.
Form relationships and work closely with different groups (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, etc.) to enable the delivery of great products and solutions.
Work closely with other members of the design team to help build an end‑to‑end vision of the customer experience.
Help facilitate conversations and workshops with different groups.
Qualifications
2–4 years of product research & design experience.
Ability to blend creative flair with practical design skills to enhance platform, product, and service performance and user engagement.
Curiosity and adaptability in using new design technologies and methodologies, driven by data insights.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Claude, and design systems, with an eagerness to integrate AI tools into the design process.
Communicate clearly and thrive in collaborative, cross‑functional settings.
Enjoy learning from feedback and iterating quickly.
Be comfortable using AI‑assisted research & design tools for exploration, ideation, and research.
Value inclusive, accessible, and human‑centered design.
Demonstrate ability to work with front‑end technologies and work with engineers to implement your work.
Storytelling, systems thinking, and visual communication skills.
Fluency in design methods (HCD, co‑creation, JTBD, design sprinting).
Solid presentation skills, always able to present yourself and your work well.
Practice professionalism, deep respect for colleagues and the work.

Your Portfolio
A strong, current portfolio of work, demonstrating quality visual design, interaction design, and UX research & design skills, is essential for this position. A link to it must be included in your initial application. Your portfolio must also display clarity of thought, empathy for the context, and an ability to define problems and explore the solution space across a wide range of user experiences.
Preferences
A degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or related field.
Experience with JIRA.
Familiarity with Service Design practices and approaches.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Portfolio showcasing systems thinking, service journeys, and measurable outcomes.
Experience designing services that span digital, physical, human, and automated interactions.
Experience creating objectives and key results, or ensuring objectives and key results include an experience PoV.
Travel
Travel commitment is expected to be roughly 10%–15%.
