Dublin-based organisation seeks a skilled HR Administrator to support the implementation of a new HR system and manage core HR processes.
This is a hands-on, office-based role offering exposure to both project delivery and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employee records and preparing HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with HR system rollout: data migration, testing and documentation
* Coordinate training sessions and support end-user queries
* Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation
* Support recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and assist with reporting and audits
Requirements:
* HR admin experience, ideally within a systems upgrade or implementation
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS experience a plus
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
