Site Manager – Wicklow
A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-quality construction project in Co. Wicklow.
This is a hands-on role for a strong site leader with proven experience managing programmes, subcontractors and site teams, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers
* Ensuring works are delivered on programme and within budget
* Maintaining strict health & safety and quality standards
* Liaising with project teams, consultants and senior management
* Managing site documentation and reporting progress
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong H&S awareness
* Relevant trade or construction qualification an advantage
