About The Role
Job Description:
* Plan and prioritise tasks
* Carry out routine repair work and/or building maintenance as required
* Maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained and properly serviced equipment is used at all times
* Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
* Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
* Replenish Stock as required
* Report any areas of concern to Line Manager
* Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas
* Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies
* To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management.
* Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time

* High standards of personal presentation
