* Follow the 11-Step Production Process to guarantee safety and product accuracy.
* Prioritize customer needs without compromising quality or freshness.
* Use and follow How to Cards to maintain Pret standards.
* Carry out Line Checks successfully and address any improvements needed.
* Avoid displaying Made to Sell (MTS) rejects in our Langars.
* Develop the team’s knowledge of food and coffee quality.
* Ensure Barista Prepared Drinks are made by trained staff to the highest standards.
WELL-LOVED SHOP
* Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards consistently.
* Monitor and record safety checks accurately.
* Take immediate corrective action on issues affecting customers, team, or sales.
* Keep the shop clean, safe, and well-maintained.
* Apply MBWA principles to monitor standards and see the shop through customers’ eyes.
* Report and escalate any quality issues diligently.
SHOP PROFITABILITY
* Maximize sales, labour efficiency, and profit through the Big 4 (Forecasting, Rota, Ordering, Production).
* Order accurately according to business needs.
* Monitor and follow up on Mystery Shopper requirements.
* Maintain good stock control by following the 7 Steps of Unaccounted.
* Adhere to Pret’s Financial Standards to minimize risks and ensure team safety.
* Follow merchandising guidelines and use marketing effectively to drive sales.
GROWING SALES
* Consistently follow merchandising guidelines and leverage marketing to boost sales.
* Support the execution of successful food launches.
* Encourage clear, engaging communication between kitchen and FOH to meet business needs.
* Support Marketplace opportunities.
