This role is part of a small, supportive, and fast-paced environment and involves coordinating product distribution across Ireland in collaboration with global group companies.
Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule customer shipments using the company's ERP system.
Coordinate nationwide distribution through transport partners.
Communicate effectively with the customer service team to ensure smooth operations.
Support warehouse operations including space optimisation, product presentation, packaging improvements, and third-party coordination.
Assist with stock control, order placement, and purchase orders.
Ensure efficient flow of operational information internally.
Review and approve transport invoices.
Liaise with group companies based in Spain and Portugal regarding logistics and orders.
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and assist with general customer queries.
