Main responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver annual training programs in compliance with GMP and company standards
* Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored plans
* Design and update training materials with subject matter experts
* Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
* Monitor training completion and assess effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
* Support regulatory inspections by presenting training records and processes
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training content and delivery
Key involvement in Decision Making process:
* Establish and prioritize training objectives for the site
* Advise department heads on training needs
* Decide on training content and delivery methods
* Advise on improvements based on training evaluations
* Advise on continuous improvement initiatives
About you
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
* An ongoing degree, ideally in one of the following fields: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Industrial Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biochemistry with a pharmaceutical focus
* Strong project execution skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
