What Youll Be Doing Performing scheduled servicing and inspections on cranes and equipment (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and boom rebuilds). Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs. Communicating effectively with internal teams and valued customers. Mentoring apprentices and trade assistants. Representing Franna with pride and professionalism. What Youll Need A recognized Automotive Trade Qualification ie: NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair OR City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Heavy Vehicles) OR equivalent. A strong safety mindset and commitment to best practices. Experience with earthmoving or heavy automotive equipment. HR Drivers Licence (preferred but not essential). Experience with Franna or mobile cranes is a bonus but well train the right person! A can-do attitude, team spirit, and a drive to grow your skills.
