We're supporting a major digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and enhance web-based training content for a large-scale systems upgrade.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360 and Storyline.
Collaborate with technical SMEs to translate complex processes into user-friendly training materials.
Create videos, demonstrations, guides and interactive learning modules.
Requirements
3+ years' experience in Instructional Design, E-Learning or Learning & Development.
Strong hands‑on experience with Articulate 360 and Storyline.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting software implementations, digital transformation projects, MES or regulated industries would be advantageous.
