Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to support our Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a target-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work varying shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in maintaining excellent shop floor presentation and ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained.
* Managing, motivating, and developing the store team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
* Leading by example and demonstrating a passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A full driving licence and the flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
* Possibly previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but not essential if the candidate has the right attitude.
