We are recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join our team on a project based in Citywest, Dublin.
Your responsibilities
1. Assist the Quality Management team in preparing and managing records, material requisitions, material submittals, and BCAR documentation.
2. Set up and utilize the site clocking system.
3. Complete the site resource tracker weekly.
4. Perform general site office duties.
5. Manage soft copy files.
6. Assist managers with clerical duties.
7. Support accounts with filing, matching POs with invoices, etc.
Candidate requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar, fast-paced role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF software tools.
* Effective time management skills and ability to maximize productivity.
* Knowledge of BIM 360 field software and Autodesk Construction is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
