This is an exciting opportunity for a driven retail professional to take the lead in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the forecourt store, ensuring smooth and efficient running Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver top-notch customer service Drive sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising, stock control, and promotional strategies Manage inventory and stock replenishment, ensuring optimal product availability Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the store and forecourt Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, food safety, and company policies Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community Requirements: Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Forecourt Manager in a retail or convenience setting Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams A commercial mindset with experience in sales, stock management, and cost control Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities If you're an experienced and ambitious Store Manager ready to take on a new challenge in a busy forecourt retail environment, we want to hear from you
