About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our busy team in the Dublin area. This is a full‑time contract position with serious potential for permanent placement. Working hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and repair duties across all properties.
* Move and maintain equipment and furniture as directed.
* Resolve basic maintenance problems – bulb changing, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, mechanical and general labouring.
* Safely use hand and power tools.
* Work positively and professionally in public areas.
* Adapt to priority changes of work flow or requirements.
* Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
* Carpentry, plumbing and overall facilities upkeep.
* Ensure a safe work environment for staff and children.
* Drive your own company van for jobs throughout Dublin according to schedule.
* Use email systems and submit reports.

Qualifications
* Clean Garda vetting.
* At least 3 years’ experience in construction or maintenance, with demonstrated ability to resolve basic maintenance issues.
* Full clean Category B driving licence (no endorsements or penalty points) – essential; Category D/D1 licence desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised with initiative and regular reporting to directors.
* Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
