Experience with the RTB and Acquaint are essential
The ideal candidate would have:
Ability to act on own initiative

Ensuring a high level of customer service
The Key Responsibilities include:
Drafting and managing lease agreements and tenancy documentation
RTB registrations
Handling tenant queries and requests on a daily basis
Arranging repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and service providers
Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, including transfer of utilities
