SENIOR SITE ENGINEER | DUBLIN | PERMANENT Our client based in Dublin is searching for an experienced Commercial Senior Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. THE ROLE | Reporting to the Contracts Manager on site, you will take ownership of the implementation of the planned design, providing all setting out on site, ensuring that work progresses on time and that all checks are carried out ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented appropriately. RESPONSIBILITIES| Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of the works in accordance with the drawings/ specifications, ensuring drawings are accurate and up to date, checking they are aligned with budget, time and build ability. Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Programme, including setting programme target times and package dates. Carry out checks on works prior to and following any concrete pours. Complete the role of Temporary Works Coordinator when required. Acting as the main technical advisor, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise. Liaising with local authorities as appropriate to ensure compliance with local construction regulations. Deliver too box talks on site. Chair sub/committee meetings, taking notes and actions to meet target dates for overall main contract programme and budgets etc. Collate assigned end of project documentation. REQUIREMENTS | Degree Level in Building Engineering, Civil/Construction Engineering or Construction Minimum 5+ year's experience within the construction industry 5 Years experience as Site Engineer taking ownership of setting out works Minimum of 5 year's experience successfully managing and monitoring sub-contractors Experience in Auto CAD Full, clean drivers licence with scope to travel to site locations based on business requirements Safe Pass INTERESTED?
