The Electrical Project Manager role involves leading end-to-end project delivery, managing client relationships, and driving excellence in safety, quality, and performance within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
* Leads the full project lifecycle from start-up to completion across Electrical projects.
* Acts as the primary client contact, building strong and positive relationships.
* Drives project delivery to time, budget, and quality standards.
* Oversees procurement, scheduling, cost control, and cash flow management.
* Ensures strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Manages and motivates multidisciplinary teams, ensuring performance and productivity.
* Delivers testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out documentation.
* Promotes continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Key Qualifications
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a strong electrical trades background, with 10+ years of experience in a similar project management role is required. Proven track record in large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects. Strong commercial, engineering, and project management knowledge is essential.
Skill Requirements
Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role. Strong communication and client-facing experience is also required. Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and resources effectively.
