Litigation Solicitor Dublin 2 Firm Profile Our client is a full service, boutique law firm located in the heart of Dublin 2, are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.
The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work independently with an interesting and varied group of both private and corporate clients in areas including but not limited to civil litigation, employment law, family law, debt recovery and personal injury.
The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years post qualification general litigation experience in a busy practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients and counsel at all levels.
An ability to work of their own initiative managing clients and caseloads to matter conclusion, whilst also collaborating as part of a team.
Experience at all court levels, in particular the High Court, handling claims with the Injuries Resolution Board and attending before the Workplace Relations Commission/Labour Court Exceptional technical ability in analysing and extrapolating information, drafting documents and advising clients on relevant case law and legislation and advising on litigation strategy.
Strong computer skills and experience with a case management system preferred.
