* Undertake the role and responsibilities of the Person-in-Charge in line with the Health Act 2007 and HIQA standards.
* Maintain the highest level of hygiene and food safety standards.
* Liaise with senior managers to deliver housekeeping, food safety, quality, and choice standards.
* Participate in clinical management, including providing care to residents, communicating with families, managing staff, monitoring performance, and developing policies.
* Coordinate the quality and safety system, including resident involvement and clinical risk management.
* Post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Computer Literacy.
