Position: Office Administrator Location: Belfast Salary: Up to £27,000 Overview VANRATH is working on behalf of a valued client to recruit a meticulous and reliable Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Main Duties Delivering administrative support across various teams to assist with daily operations Keeping electronic records and systems up to date and well-organised Drafting internal documents, communications, and basic reports Helping arrange meetings, booking facilities, and taking notes when required Coordinating mail distribution and general office communications Supporting purchasing activities and overseeing office supply levels Ensuring documentation is properly maintained and procedures are followed Ideal Profile Previous background in an administrative or office support role Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks Capable of managing time effectively and prioritising workload Confident in using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent communication abilities Self-motivated, with a positive and adaptable attitude What You Can Expect A competitive salary A friendly, collaborative workplace culture The chance to contribute to a well-established and growing business For more information, please contact Jack Groves today.
