We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Storeperson to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.What you'll do:Log all deliveries accuratelyStore items safely using FIFO (first in, first out)Keep stock records and do regular stock countsQuickly issue stock to kitchen and service teamsKeep storage areas clean and safeReport any missing, damaged, or incorrect itemsHelp with ordering and talking to suppliersUse manual handling equipment safelySupport kitchen during busy timesFollow all Sodexo and University of Galway rulesReceive and check deliveries against ordersWhat you'll bring:Experience in stores, warehouse, or catering supportBasic knowledge of stock controlGood organisation and time managementAttention to detailTeam player with good communication skillsAware of health & safety and food hygiene (training provided)Able to do manual handling tasks (training provided)Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity.
