Project Finance Analyst Newbridge The Role: BnM is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Treasury & Capital Planning team, supporting the delivery of financing strategies that enable the growth of our renewable energy portfolio. The Treasury & Capital Planning team is responsible for managing the companys treasury operations and capital structure to support the strategic objectives of the renewable energy business. This role will provide key support to the Capital Planning Manager and will play an important role in funding renewable energy projects, including joint ventures and partnerships. The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: The Project Finance Analyst will support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of project & corporate development debt. This role involves financial modelling, due diligence support, market and risk analysis, and assisting in the preparation of proposals to senior management within the team and wider business. Assist with the development of project finance proposals for new business, analysing project-specific information and cashflows, and structuring appropriate loan terms and conditions from a risk/return perspective. Management of existing assets and project finance debt, including loan documentation and waivers, and identifying, quantifying, and tracking key project risks and mitigants. Conduct industry and market research on pricing, regulatory frameworks, and competitor landscapes to support informed decision-making. What we're looking for: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes: Relevant degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 2+ years experience in project finance or a related financial role. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a results-driven and collaborative working style. Desirable experience includes exposure to infrastructure, energy, or renewable investment environments, as well as experience working with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. advisors, lenders, investors).
