About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a highly regarded hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present all dishes and sauces to a consistently high standard.
* Work across different kitchen sections as required.
* Ensure dishes are produced in a timely manner, even during peak service.
* Operate in a safe and responsible manner, following recognised culinary techniques and HACCP standards.
* Maintain excellent personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
* Work collaboratively as part of a busy, professional kitchen team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a 4-star hotel or equivalent setting.
* HACCP training with a strong focus on food safety.
* Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
