Bower Hall Services Ltd are seeking to hire a Facilities Manager for Bower Hall Accommodation Services & Bower Hall Laundry.

The successful candidate, in conjunction with the Senior Management Team of the Hanly Group, will be responsible for overseeing Bower Hall Accommodation Services and the in-house Laundry which services the Hanly Castle Hotel Group.
This role requires a knowledge of Operations and Logistics.
The successful candidate must be available to work five days out of seven on a shift basis.
Working alongside our Senior Managers you will have responsibility for:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations of the business.
* Co-ordinating with the Hotel Group for the effective & efficient turnover and delivery of laundry for the Hotel properties.
* Liaising & Engaging with Occupants of Bower Hall & managing all queries.
* Co-ordinating & Managing the Team i.e. Night Porters, Laundry Attendants, Drivers etc.
* Management of repairs and maintenance of Long-Term Accommodation Areas and Laundry.
* Liaising with Suppliers.
* Preparing reports for Management & company administrative duties.
* Managing the Security, Health & Safety Compliance & Energy Management.
* Developing & implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency within the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Hospitality/Facilities Management Industry.
* Strong leadership experience and ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
* Strong communication and organization skills.
* Must have a solution focused attitude.
* Must have Logistical Experience and an ability to adapt to changing business demands.
* Solid understanding of financial management.
* Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
* Excellent awareness of health & safety.
* Have strong self-management, organisational and administration skills, with high attention to detail.
