The successful candidate will take part in the installation of a variety of fencing systems including steel mesh, palisade, timber, post & rail, and security fencing.This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity for a reliable and hardworking tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality work to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain a wide range of fencing systems including timber, steel, palisade, and meshOperate machinery such as mini-diggers, post drivers, compactors, and loadersCarry out site preparation including measuring, marking, excavation, and concretingRead and interpret basic site drawings and plansEnsure all works comply with health and safety standards and site regulationsLoad, unload, and transport materials safely and efficientlyCollaborate with site supervisors and team members to deliver projects on scheduleRequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in fencing, landscaping, or groundworksProficient in using hand tools and small plant (mini digger, dumper, roller, etc.)Full B or BE Driving Licence (towing experience desirable)Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate (required)CSCS Mini Digger / Dumper Ticket desirableAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude and high attention to detailDesirable ExperienceInstallation of gates, barriers, or security systemsExperience working on civil or infrastructure projectsAbility to lead small teams or take site responsibilityWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary packageOvertime and travel allowanceCompany van and equipment providedLong-term role with career progression opportunitiesTraining and certification support
