Site Manager Residential Construction (Co.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Meath) We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new housing development in Co.Meath.This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, from groundworks through to final handover.The successful candidate will be a driven professional capable of managing sub-contractors, maintaining high-quality finishes, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.Core Responsibilities Site Management: Direct and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Sub-contractor Coordination: Manage and supervise various trades and sub-contractors, ensuring clear communication of project milestones and quality expectations.Health & Safety: Act as the primary lead for site safety, conducting regular inductions, tool-box talks, and ensuring full compliance with HSA regulations.Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and BCAR requirements.Programme Management: Monitor project progress against the master schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for architects, engineers, local authorities, and client representatives.Candidate Profile & Compensation Essential Criteria Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background with significant management experience.Minimum of 58 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically on medium to large-scale residential developments.Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and BCAR processes.Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams and sub-contractors.Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and CSCS tickets.Compensation Salary Range: €70,000 €85,000 per annum (Negotiable based on project portfolio).Benefits: Performance-related bonus, company vehicle/allowance, contributory pension, and health insurance.Location: Co.Meath, Ireland.
