Securitas Security Services Ireland is recruiting a Security Team Lead for a client based in Dublin 9.
The Security Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and line management of staff on site. They will ensure the operational effectiveness of the Security Operations Centre and the on-site team. They will be the first point of escalation with the client. The team lead will ensure that all posts are covered and rosters are adhered to, posts are covered, and supervisors and officers are at the required standard. They oversee staff training to ensure they are adequately equipped for their roles. The Security Team Lead will uphold Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

Responsibilities
* Staff Performance and Safety — Ensure supervisor and officer performance meets required standards using KPIs and appraisals; ensure proper uniforms, PPE, compliance; conduct post audits and maintain procedural documentation.
* Security Operations — Plan and manage security operations and special events (such as site and VIP events).
* Learning and Development — Plan exercises for all shifts, update procedures, and integrate lessons learned; work with management to create training and learning exercises.
* Continuous Improvement — Advocate for and implement process enhancements.
* Supporting Client and Security Management — Act as liaison between clients and the security team; plan and chair weekly meetings with the client.
* Updating Documents — Maintain and update documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Assignment Instructions (AIs).
* Engaging in Continuous Learning — Stay updated with best practices and standards through ongoing learning and training.
* Develop, Facilitate and Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and assist Securitas Management in building quality systems, auditing processes and industry best practice.
* Produce accurate and concise reports when required and know when escalation is necessary; exercise sound judgement in directing reports.
* Maintain Training Matrix for all supervisors and officers, identifying gaps in skill sets or training requirements.
