An established and growing business is seeking a Logistics Administrator / Coordinator to join its operations team in delivery of multiple project‑based works across Europe.This position would suit someone with hands‑on logistics or warehouse coordination experience who enjoys working in a developing, project‑driven environment and is comfortable taking ownership of day‑to‑day logistics activities.In this role you will work closely with the operations, logistics and warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to support the coordination of deliveries, suppliers, and logistics information. The role plays a key part in ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with project requirements.What will I be doing day‑to‑day?Coordinate supplier invoices, order confirmations, and act as the main contact for delivery‑related queriesMaintain and update delivery dates and locations to support project timelinesProduce and manage delivery schedules, flagging any risks or delaysCoordinate deliveries and resolve supply or logistics issues with suppliers, warehouse, and site teamsCommunicate clearly with warehouse teams regarding inbound materials, cross‑docking, stock booking, and consolidationMaintain accurate records across internal systems and provide general logistics and administrative supportAttend logistics and project meetings as required and support the Logistics Manager, including cover during leaveWhat experience makes me eligible?3+ years’ experience in logistics administration, warehouse coordination, or a similar roleStrong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processesComfortable working with procurement information, delivery data, and operational documentationExperience in project‑based or less structured environments is highly desirableAdaptable, practical, and solutions‑focusedStrong Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelThis opportunity is a full‑time, permanent role, onsite in Dublin 4, offering a competitive salary DOE.
