KildareI'm working with a leading food manufacturing group based in Naas that is currently seeking a Quality Team Lead to oversee quality systems, food safety compliance, and team development.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in FMCG or high-care food environments who is ready to take ownership of site-wide quality and compliance initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the QC team and drive food safety and quality systems across the siteManage internal audits, external audit readiness (BRC, customer, DAFM), and technical documentationSupport supplier management and raw material approval processesDrive KPI tracking, customer complaint investigation, and continuous improvementChampion training in HACCP, hygiene, allergens, and induction programmesAct as a key technical contact for customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teamsWhat You'll Bring:Diploma or degree in a Food Science-related field4+ years in a similar role within food manufacturing or FMCGStrong working knowledge of HACCP and BRCExperience managing or mentoring technical teamsConfident communicator with strong organisational skills and technical awarenessLead Auditor certification is an advantageLocation: On-site in Naas, Co.
