Residential Sales and Marketing Professional
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly driven sales and marketing professional who wishes to contribute to the success of exciting residential projects in Dublin, Ireland.
The role will be part of a dynamic sales team based in Dublin, working collaboratively with other members of the team as we develop new neighbourhoods and communities across Ireland.
* Site Presentation: Ensure that show homes and show gardens are presented to the highest standard for each sales launch.
* Coordinate landscaping for show gardens, common areas and showcourt approach areas.
* Liaise with onsite teams to ensure that show homes are snagged and presentable for sales launch items.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years experience in new homes sales.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and troubleshoot essential skills.
