Career Vision Recruiters are currently seeking anexperienced Wedding & Events Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of delivering flawless wedding and event experiences, from the initial enquiry through to event delivery and post-event feedback.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.You will play a key role in maximising wedding and event conversions, supporting the Sales & Marketing function, and ensuring seamless handover to operations.Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the reactive Wedding & Events Team Assist in the creation and implementation of the hotels wedding and events strategy Maximise revenue and guest satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of all wedding, conference, and private function enquiries Convert wedding and event enquiries into confirmed business Conduct client site inspections and wedding show-rounds Prepare regular wedding and events reports and forecasts Implement and manage policies and procedures to track enquiries and lost business Utilise the hotel PMS system to ensure accurate booking input, follow-ups, contracts, and payments Ensure all wedding and event contracts and payments are issued and received correctly Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with all hotel departments Support the Sales Team by analysing current and denied business and identifying new opportunities Follow up with guests post-event to measure satisfaction and support continuous improvement Candidate Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a Wedding & Events Management Previous team management xsokbrc experience is a strong advantage Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong personal presentation and attention to detail Commercially aware and results driven Experience using Hotel PMS systems Fluent written and spoken English Flexible to work weekends as required for weddings and events If you feel you have the required skill set to be successful in this role, please submit your updated CV to Sandras attention to discuss further.
