Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee residential construction projects in Cork. This is a 2-year fixed term contract with opportunities for career advancement and competitive benefits.
* Facilitate collaborative meetings, driving team cohesion and strategic planning.
* Develop and implement robust Health and Safety protocols, promoting a safety-first culture on-site.
* Effectively manage site assets and equipment.
* Appoint qualified personnel, such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors, to ensure project success.
* Negotiate and manage sub-contractor relationships.
* Empower site team members by delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
* Regularly report progress, ensuring alignment with the project Programme of Works.
* Maintain compliance with industry quality standards.
* Lead and develop your site team, fostering a positive work environment.
* A trade background or equivalent educational pathway is preferred.
* Proven experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
