With a high-volume outbound model, a global talent pool, and technology-driven sourcing, we are scaling rapidly and looking for leaders who want to grow with us.The RoleWe are seeking a Sales Director to take full ownership of our sales engine, leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDRs) and Recruiters (AEs). Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, you will set aggressive sales targets, manage team performance, and ensure delivery of placements and revenue in line with our growth plan.You will be both a player and a coach — able to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team while also rolling up your sleeves to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and win key accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all sales and revenue performance across Head Hunter Inc.Manage and coach a growing team (initially 15 BDRs + 2 AEs), scaling to 30–50+ BDRs within 12 months.Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and hold the team accountable.Design and optimise outbound cadences, scripts, and playbooks.Ensure BDRs consistently generate qualified assignments and that AEs convert them into placements.Track and report on KPIs weekly to the CEO and CFO, including pipeline, assignments, deposits, placements, and revenue.Work closely with Ops and Talent functions to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.Identify training needs, build sales culture, and drive continuous improvement.Contribute to strategic planning for scaling into new regions and verticals.Requirements3+ years of experience in sales leadership (Sales Manager, Sales Director, or Head of Sales role).Proven track record of building and managing outbound sales teams (SaaS, recruitment, or agency experience strongly preferred).Strong understanding of sales funnels, outbound prospecting, and high-volume lead generation.Data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make decisions based on numbers.Exceptional leadership and coaching skills — able to get the best out of a diverse, remote-first team.Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results.CompensationBase Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 (depending on experience).Performance Bonus / OTE: €25,000 – €50,000 based on team hitting revenue targets.Equity Options: available for exceptional candidates once scaling milestones are met.Why Join Us?Be the first Sales Director at a rapidly scaling recruitment startup.Directly shape the sales organisation and strategy.Competitive base with strong performance upside.Long-term growth opportunities into VP Sales / Head of Revenue as we expand globally.Join a hungry, ambitious founding team backed by a clear plan and high-growth vision.Job Type: Full-timePay: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionGym membershipPrivate medical insuranceSick payWork from homeWork Location: In person
