Sherry FitzGerald Conor McManus have an opportunity for a Office Administrator to join their team in Monaghan town.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, support daily branch operations, and ensure the smooth administration of property related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the Sherry FitzGerald brand in all customer interactions.
* Handle phone, email, and mySherryFitz queries, ensuring timely responses.
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and service providers daily.
* Organising lettings related paperwork, tenancy updates and individual property files.
* Coordinating maintenance works with contractors to include recording of maintenance issues & confirming maintenance issues with landlord & contractor
* Manage property appointments, viewings, and valuations.
* Oversee compliance documentation and prepare Terms of Engagement for sales & lettings.
* Manage advertising, media content, and window displays.
* Coordinate payments, invoices, and accounts
* Prepare for viewings and support branch activities.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of administrative experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail.
* Motivated, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Team player.
