Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Renewal Sales Manager to join our European Renewal Sales team.
In this role, you will lead a team of Renewal Sales Specialists, managing the renewal process for our commercial business. You will act as player/coach for the team, building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties in the Distributor and Partner ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
* Renewal Sales: Oversee the renewal sales process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. Build and maintain trusted relationships across our Partner ecosystem to provide visibility and engagement in the scaled commercial business.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of renewal sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
* Data Analysis: Analyse customer data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Use insights to inform strategies and improve renewal rates.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Customer Success, Field Sales, Support Account Management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on business objectives.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on renewal performance, including key metrics, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve renewal processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to drive results.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, virtual meetings) to understand their needs, address concerns, and reinforce the value of our solutions.
Job Requirements
* Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewal sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organisation.
* Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related subject, or relevant industry experience.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
