This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with the public, promote services, and play a key part in raising awareness of improved transport options across Dublin.As a campaign ambassador, you will be the friendly face of the service, providing information, answering questions, and ensuring that members of the public have a positive and informative experience. You will also work closely with your team to ensure all key locations are covered efficiently and professionally.Campaign Details in February.Dates & Times- Thursday 5th - 7:30am–10:00am & 4:30pm – 7:00pm - (€70.75 per day for both shifts)- Friday 6th – 7:30am–10:00am & 4:30pm–7:00pm - (€70.75 per day for both shifts)- Saturday 7th – 11:00am–5:00pm on both days - (€84.90 per day)- Sunday 8th – 11:00am–5:00pm on both days - (€84.90 per day)- Monday 9th - 7:30am–10:00am & 4:30pm – 7:00pm - (€70.75 per day for both shifts)(Candidates must be available for at least 5 shifts during the campaign.)Locations-NorthsideGlasnevin, Finglas, Charlestown & surroundings area-CityThe Quays, Merrion & surroundings area-West DublinLiffey Valley SC, Palmerstown, Chapelizod & surroundings area-SouthsideRathmines & surroundings areaWhat's Involved?· Engaging with the public at bus stops· Handing out brochures and explaining details of new changes· Creating a positive experience through confident, friendly communication· Answering questions clearly and directing people to further information if needed· Working as part of a team to ensure all key locations are covered· Maintaining a professional and approachable attitude at all times· Representing the campaign brand positively in publicIdeal Candidate - SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH - Aged 21 plus.· Naturally outgoing, approachable, and confident in social settings· Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys meeting new people· Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or locations· Strong sense of responsibility and reliability· Works well both independently and as part of a team· Positive attitude, resilient, and able to stay motivated throughout the day· Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skillsTrainingTraining will be provided for all successful candidates. You will receive guidance on how to engage with the public, explain new bus routes clearly, and represent the campaign professionally.
