Role Summary
This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on marketing execution at the intersection of Developer Relations and Partner Programs. The role owns the planning, delivery, optimisation, and measurement of developer and partner‑facing marketing programs, ensuring consistent messaging, strong co‑marketing outcomes, and effective conversion from awareness to action across ADI platforms.
Core Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns supporting Developer Relations and strategic partnerships, from planning to delivery, optimisation, and reporting.
Align the external narrative between ADI, developers, and partners, ensuring clear, consistent storytelling that reinforces ADI’s value proposition and technical leadership.
Act as the marketing execution counterpart to DevRel and Partner teams, translating strategy into concrete programs, timelines, and assets.

Shared Responsibilities (DevRel & Partnerships)

Messaging & Story Alignment – ensure external developers and partners are aligned to a shared story, positioning, and messaging framework that supports ADI’s goals.
Co‑Marketing Execution – execute co‑marketing initiatives with partners in line with ADI brand, legal, and communications guidance, covering content, campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Web & Content Coordination – own marketing‑driven web content execution: determine content placement, channels, and timelines, ensuring consistency across developer.analog.com and partner‑facing surfaces.
Program Reach & Impact – grow the reach and effectiveness of programs within remit through channel optimisation, campaign iteration, and performance‑driven decision making.

Partnerships‑Specific Responsibilities

Ensure all partner‑facing marketing content is co‑branded, compliant, and on‑message, working closely with legal, brand, and communications teams.
Coordinate partner marketing deliverables including landing pages, joint announcements, campaign assets, and supporting content.
Track and report on partner marketing performance, providing insight into reach, engagement, and downstream impact.

DevRel‑Specific Responsibilities

Plan and deliver targeted developer marketing campaigns designed to attract developers to the ADI Developer Portal and related assets.
Oversee content distribution across key developer channels including social media, newsletters, blogs, and third‑party developer platforms.
Optimise the developer conversion funnel—from awareness to sign‑up, SDK download, repository access, or other defined activation points.
Partner closely with Developer Advocates and engineering teams to translate technical assets into compelling, marketing‑ready materials.

Outcomes & KPIs

Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and program effectiveness.
Continuously optimise campaigns and content based on data, feedback, and performance insights.
Demonstrate clear contribution to developer adoption, partner amplification, and overall DevRel business impact.

Demonstrate strong marketing execution capabilities in technical or developer‑adjacent domains.
Bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to marketing execution in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical problem‑solving; competitive drive; initiative; relationship‑building; and cross‑functional collaboration.
