The role
I'm looking for a friendly tech person to clean up my computer and optimize its performance. The PC runs Windows 10, has a lot of unused files, old programs, and some adware slowing it down. I’d like a comprehensive cleanup: remove junk files, uninstall unused software, update drivers, run a malware scan, and optimize startup programs. Please explain any changes and provide tips to keep things running smoothly. Access will be remote or in-person at my home in Ireland, and I’d prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly. Basic privacy assurance is important since I’ll be sharing some login details only if necessary for updates.
