Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead change implementation projects and drive organisational transformation.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, effective stakeholder management, and vendor coordination. This is a 6-month rolling day rate contract offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects in a hybrid (3 days onsite) work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure successful completion within the defined scope, timeline, and quality standards.
* Lead change implementation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational transformation.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
* Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of project outcomes.
* Conduct regular project meetings, workshops, and presentations to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide updates.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on change implementation and digital projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
* Relevant certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
