We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to support the supply of parts to our Workshop, driving improvements in working efficiencies and customer service levels through proactive planning and communication with the Service Team.
 * The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of vehicle types and parts, with HGV experience being preferable.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 * Providing a timely and efficient parts delivery process for all workshop repairs
 * Performing routine checks for parts supply on all workshop jobs
 * Ensuring fast, efficient, and accurate delivery of components to relevant jobs in the Workshop
 * Preparing and processing all parts-related documentation
 * Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
 * Assisting with the management and control of all Workshop-related parts administration
 * Managing and coordinating the supply of special tools and consumables to Technicians
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * Extensive knowledge of vehicle types and parts
 * Confident utilization of computerized parts systems
 * Experience of stock management and following parts processes with attention to detail
 * Effective communication skills and commitment to providing excellent customer service
 * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
