Front Office Management Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
* Ensure that all front office tasks are carried out in line with departmental standards and expectations.
* Deliver exceptional service to guests at all times, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Support the front desk team with check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and other tasks as required.
* Manage payments accurately and efficiently.
* Contribute to the induction, training, and supervision of new team members.
About You
* Have at least 2-3 years' experience in front office management, preferably in a leading 4/5-star hotel environment.
* possess excellent interpersonal skills.
* Hold a relevant third-level qualification in hospitality/hospitality management or a related field.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
