Facilities Management Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our client, one of Dublin's most respected healthcare providers.

To be successful in this role, you will:
* Operate in accordance with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007 and other relevant legislation.
* Maintain professional integrity in accordance with our policies and procedures, employment contract, philosophy of care and mission statement.
Responsibilities
* Manage maintenance staff.
* Oversee Building Management System (BMS) operations.
* Implement a planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule.
* Ensure prompt repairs and maintain building infrastructure and systems.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
* Assist with annual Health & Safety policy reviews.
* Participate in meetings.
* Lead weekly walkarounds.
* Maintain safety documents and records.
Fire Safety Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain Fire Safety policy.
* Conduct drills and checks.
* Update Fire Oversee Legionella sampling and water temperature checks.
IT and Phone Usage
* Enforce IT and phone usage policies.
* Ensure functionality of office equipment.
Pest Control and Hygiene
* Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of bins.
* Oversee pest control activities.
Collaboration and Team Management
* Collaborate with the Director of Care on facility projects.
* Manage team rosters and holiday approvals.
* Conduct staff appraisals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, health and safety, and fire safety. We are looking for someone with strong management and communication skills.
