We're hiring a Learning & Development Supervisor to shape technical training at our brand-new manufacturing site in Athenry, Ireland.
You'll work closely with experts, managers, and global partners to deliver effective, compliant, and engaging training programs that support our growth.
Where You Come In
Lead technical onboarding and training for new hires in manufacturing
Own and deliver our New Employee Orientation programme
Drive knowledge transfer and align with global training strategies
Facilitate dynamic training sessions across technical teams
Coach subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiences
Monitor training quality through observations and feedback
Coordinate SME-led training with line managers and track progress
Develop robust systems to monitor and report training progression
Manage LMS administration, training records, and reporting
Maintain site-specific training matrices
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and excellence
Support audits, training grants, and development initiatives
Uphold safety and quality standards throughout all training activities
What Makes You Successful
Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years' experience
Strong background in CER manufacturing; automation or medical device experience a plus
Proven success in start-up or scale-up environments
Skilled in delivering technical training in regulated settings
Confident facilitator with engaging presentation skills
Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Natural leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficient in LMS platforms and reporting
Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Preferred Qualifications Include
Manufacturing or automation experience
Degree in L&D, training, or human performance
Certified trainer or facilitator
Experience in medical devices
Background in start-up or scale-up operations
