Senior Sales Executive Our client, a rapidly growing company in the coffee industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This hire replaces a high-performing salesperson who has progressed into a General Manager role, highlighting the strong development opportunities within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ambition to grow into a Sales Manager position over time.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development (60%)• Identify and target new corporate and FM clients across Ireland• Conduct on-site meetings, product demos, and solution-led presentations• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline• Promote the company's full offering including machines, coffee products, and service packagesAccount Management and Growth (40%)• Manage and nurture an established client base• Grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive engagement• Maintain strong relationships that support retention and customer satisfactionShowroom and Office-Based Activity (Citywest)• Deliver in-showroom machine demonstrations• Carry out phone outreach, follow-ups, and proposal development• Work closely with internal teams on operations and customer serviceField-Based Work• Spend approximately 60 percent of time meeting clients on the road• Represent the company professionally at corporate offices and FM hubsWho You Will Sell To• Corporate offices• Facility management providers such as Aramark and ISS• Major retail and hospitality brands, including a large global coffee chainWhat You Will Sell• Coffee machines (leasing or rental model)• Coffee supply and consumables• Machine servicing and maintenance• Full product demonstrationsExperience and Skills Required• 4–5 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)• Proven ability to generate new business and manage pipelines• Confident delivering in-person product demonstrations• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to progress into a leadership role• Full clean driver's licenceCompensation and Benefits• Base salary: €50,000 – €60,000 (up to €65,000 depending on experience)• Bonus: €10,000• Company car or car allowance• Clear progression path to Sales Manager• Join a team of 18 employeesLocation• West Dublin• Nationwide travel requiredOur reference: RK78Partnering with PRC we will provide you with unrivalled support to help you make the right decision in your next career move.
