Key Areas of Responsibility
Provide expert care in outpatient clinics inpatient wards, and/or operating theatres
Mentor and supervise junior doctors, supporting their clinical development
Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
Ensure full compliance with HSE clinical governance and documentation standards
Support safe discharge planning, follow-up care, and patient safety initiatives
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for consultant doctors who have the following:
Irish Medical Council (IMC) - Specialist Registration.
Eligible to work in Ireland (Irish/UK/EU passport or Stamp 4, Stamp1G Visa)
Significant experience as an OrthopaedicSurgeon.
Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
Ability to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence
