Responsibilities Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance Support design development and resolve technical queries Assist procurement with equipment selection and material approvals Monitor on-site installations to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams Support development of method statements and risk assessments Requirements Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) 5+ years experience in mechanical building services or construction engineering Experience working in live healthcare or hospital environments Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, and mechanical installations Ability to interpret technical drawings and solve engineering issues Proficiency in MS Office and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) Knowledge of Irish/EU construction standards and regulations Benefits Salary: €55,000 €65,000 DOE Pension contribution Further education support Annual bonus Opportunities to work across Europe Company laptop If you are a Mechanical Project Engineer who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
